BACKUP 7/7 |
The Backup
7/7 service will automatically backup all the local
mailboxes (including the Shared Mail Folders),
the shared files stored on the
Gate-and-Way server and the remote client's
shares you choose. You will never lose any data due to hard disk crashes, even on the client side.
In particular way, regarding the client PCs on the LAN, you can choose if you want to backup an entire share, or only a subdirectory of it.
Each day will have its separate backup. Backup automatically starts every day at 1:00pm performing these tasks:
All directories and log files are also accessible to the LAN clients, so that they can be stored in other removable devices such as cdroms, tapes etc.
If you want, you can also perform a backup at any time by clicking on the appropriate button on the Gate-and-Way Control Panel. |
